You’ll enjoy dishes directly inspired by local products. With strong links to its natural environment, the Domaine Dolomieu’s gastronomic restaurant promotes local products (short distribution channels) and the true classics of regional cuisine, here in the heart of the Dauphiné region. The Chef imagines, revisits, and innovates, adding his creative touch by sometimes borrowing recipes from neighbouring Italy, particularly the Dolomites region and the town of Agordo, which is twinned with Dolomieu.
All that’s left is to taste seasonal gourmet cuisine, in a decor combining luxury and well-being, over a romantic dinner, meal with friends, or business appointment in Isère.
