Just 15 minutes from the centre of Lyon, the Cuisine-à-Manger at the Ermitage Hotel offers a breathtaking setting for ‘better dining’, with panoramic views of Lyon, Fourvière Hill and the Monts du Lyonnais.

Named as such because the kitchen opens onto the dining room, evoking the legendary warmth of Lyon’s hospitality, the “Cuisine-à-Manger” offers a gourmet and inventive bistronomic menu.

A lover of fine ingredients, Chef Nicolas Moreau creates a menu that changes with the seasons, using fresh, locally sourced and homemade produce, where technical skill and aesthetic presentation enhance the flavours.

In 2025, the restaurant was awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur, official recognition of the quality and authenticity of its cuisine.
