The Cinema and Miniature Museum is a unique and essential cultural destination. Located in the heart of Old Lyon, it houses an extensive collection of original cinema artifacts seen in feature films such as Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Aliens, Jurassic Park, and Terminator 2. Its aim is to reveal the secrets of special effects, the crafts, and techniques unique to the Seventh Art.
The permanent collections consist of costumes, special props, prosthetic makeup, animatronics, stop-motion puppets, and pre-production sculptures.
Additionally, the museum showcases the world's largest international collection of miniature art, comprising a thousand realistic masterpieces painstakingly and skillfully created by various miniature artists from around the globe.
