Thanks to the Environmental Label, the Ermitage Hotel communicates transparently with its staff and guests about its greenhouse gas emissions, its impact on biodiversity, and its consumption of water and natural resources. Its eco-score enables it to continually strive to improve its environmental impact. This establishment holds 2 Ecotable macarons, a label promoting restaurants committed to an eco-responsible approach. The Ecotable label uses a system of levels, materialized by macarons ranging from 1 to 3 like the stars of the Michelin Guide.
