Chefsquare is a responsible cooking school. Since 2004, Chefsquare has been offering low-impact cooking and pastry workshops in Paris and Lyon.
Its ambition is to enable everyone to reconnect with homemade cooking and to share culinary skills with passion, joy, and commitment through individual workshops, professional training programs, and corporate events led by expert chefs.
Located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, Chefsquare welcomes its participants into its beautiful, fully equipped kitchens, in a friendly atmosphere! A wide selection of workshops from 1 to 7 hours is offered each month, and no fewer than 60 Chefs, experts from all walks of life, share their expertise and culinary techniques: French cuisine, bistro cuisine, bakery (breads, pastries, brioches), pastry (choux pastries, macarons, desserts), Thai, Italian, African, Indian, vegetarian and plant-based cuisine... There's something for everyone!
Chefsquare is a B-Corp certified and Ecotable certified company. This translates into daily actions such as the use of seasonal organic products, the use of short supply chains with local producers, and rigorous waste management, including the recovery of biowaste.
