In the middle of the Florentine-style interior courtyard paved with marble and topped with a spectacular 17-metre-high contemporary glass roof, Chef Anthony Bonnet offers bold and creative cuisine at the gourmet restaurant Les Loges, focusing on local produce and terroir. To do so, he surrounds himself with a myriad of producers, taking the best from each of them. This sustainable gastronomy, with its apparent simplicity, tells meaningful stories, surprises and takes you on an elegant journey to the heart of the magical courtyard. The 5- or 8-course menu can be adapted by the chef to suit vegetarian preferences or allergies and intolerances, ensuring that everyone enjoys an experience that meets their expectations.
