The Celest Restaurant boasts a modern and warm atmosphere, offering visitors a moment of suspended animation at the top of the "pencil" tower in Lyon.
To highlight this incredible location, overhead lighting fixtures have been installed in a "constellation" style, echoing the famous expression "to have your head in the stars."
