"It's beautiful to shine only to shine". These words are from Thomas Aquinas, a contemporary of the creation of the Château, whose year of birth, 1217, serves as the patronymic for the restaurant, as if to qualify its essential role in today's Bagnols experience.
Luminous, indeed, the cuisine of the cookers plays on purity and colour, the love of the product and the terroir revisited with a liveliness of season that transcends the decor and the gastronomy as we know it.
