Famtrip for professionals
Each year, we welcome around 300 tourism professionals who come to learn about the destination.
For all requests for assistance in the organisation and planning of your educational tour, simply fill in the contact form.
From the organisation of an all-inclusive stay to putting you in touch with our partners, we will do our utmost to provide the best possible conditions for an educational and unforgettable stay in Lyon!
Personal visit
Are you a travel agent or tour operator and would you like to explore the riches of Lyon as a family or with friends?
Fill in the contact form at least 15 days before your arrival and attach proof of your professional activity (such as a business card).
Following verification and approval of your request, we will provide a two-day Lyon City Card, for you and a person of your choice, to enjoy the city with total freedom!
The Lyon City Card provides unlimited access to all public transportation within the city, free entrance to all museums and their temporary exhibitions, a guided tour of your choice, a tour of the Croix-Rousse district on board the Lyon City Tram, a boat cruise on the river Rhône or Saône, and a Guignol puppet show, as well as other free entries and discounts for shows!

Terms and conditions of the offer:
- This offer is non-transferable: you will be asked to produce your ID when collecting your Lyon City Card,
- Offer valid only once per calendar year
- Offer restricted to tourist professionals working outside the Rhône departmen
