‘OL Le Musée’ is a 1300 m² space, located in the Groupama Stadium. It offers a chance to discover the stories of the men and women who have built the history of Olympique Lyonnais (OL), since the club was formed in May 1950.
Born of a long-standing desire of both the club and its chairman, Jean-Michel Aulas, Olympique Lyonnais’ museum opened on May 2018. Under the supervision of an OL historian, Stéphane Bénas, a team worked alongside Nathalie Crinière of Agence NC for more than a year. They also worked with local director Jean-Christophe Hembert, who designed a unique and original experience, to create a space that combines history and visual aesthetics.
