For over 2007, Le Sirop de la rue has been welcoming you to their Lyonnaiserie store at 1 rue Saint-Jean. To make the most of the situation, they decided not to name the place after the neighborhood, but rather after the fact that it's right on the street. One Renaud song later, and “Le Sirop de la Rue” was born.
Stepping through the door of this franchouillard den is like stepping into Gargantua's storeroom! Under this roof, you'll find all the products served at table in our famous Bouchons: brioche sausage, pike quenelles, Rosette de Lyon, liver cake... But also sweets such as praline, Coussin de Lyon, or one of their own creations: Cul la Praline syrup!
