Le Bœuf d’Argent welcomes you with pleasure to share a moment around delicate dishes… Passionate about cooking since always, the Siblings of the Pisacane family composed of Antonio, Arianna and Viviana have all passed through the prestigious Italian culinary school ALMA. They forge their experiences through institutions such as Michel Guerrard near Eugénie (Eugénie-les Bains), Éric Fréchon (Paris), Joël Robuchon's studio (Paris) Maaemo (Norway), Philippe Léveillé (Italy ) to name a few.
In the dining room, Alban Perez, who has worked in prestigious houses such as Paul Bocuse at the Auberge du Pont de Colonge (Lyon), Shannon Bennett at Vue de monde (Melbourne), Neil Perry at Rockpool (Melbourne) . For us, there is no other ambition than to offer sincere cuisine, and quality homemade according to the natural rhythm of the seasons.
