After perfecting his craft in prestigious venues such as Restaurant Têtedoie, La Bastide, Bocuse, and more, Chef Aubin is taking the lead in Brume's Franco-Asian bistronomic cuisine. His creative and daring dishes promise a vibrant culinary experience, full of pep and flavor! Brume also offers a selection of carefully selected cocktails and wines.
Brume is open for lunch and dinner, but want to extend the experience beyond the meal? Party from Tuesday to Saturday, until 1 a.m. for wild evenings! Come dance, feast, and above all, spend unforgettable moments.
