New temple of Lyonnais gastronomy

To invent the food-halls (Les Halles) of tomorrow that will one day be at the exceptional Grand Hôtel-Dieu site, 9 Lyonnais craftsmen and MOFs (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France) are meeting in a 1200m² space to share their passion for fine food and good products that have for so long been part of Lyon's DNA.

Les Halles Grand Hôtel-Dieu 21, 22, 23, quai Jules Courmont - 69002 Lyon 2ème

At a crossroads between heritage and modernity, tradition and innovation, terroir and an open outlook on the world, history and the future, nine artisans and holders of the title 'Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France', all big names on Lyon's food scene, come together in this 1200 m² space to invent the "Halles" of tomorrow and offer a culinary journey in the exceptional setting of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu.

This culinary journey harmoniously combines take-away food with tasting and dining spaces.

Les Halles du Grand Hôtel-Dieu is a community space to be shared, where passion for good food and fine ingredients is perfectly integrated into the architecture designed by Jacques-Germain Soufflot in the eighteenth century.
